Businesses use Spara to send sales and support email to
people who have asked to hear from them. Links in that email pass through
sparatrack.com so the sender can see which messages were opened and which
links were followed — the same measurement every major email platform performs.

Nothing went wrong, and nothing was installed on your device. Clicking the link recorded that you opened it and then forwarded you to the page the sender linked to. What this domain serves
Only two things, both tied to email a Spara customer sent:
- An HTTP redirect that records a click and forwards the visitor to the destination the sender chose.
- A small transparent image that records that a message was opened.
It hosts no downloads, no advertising, no user-generated content, no login, and no executable or active content. It is a dedicated domain rather than part of spara.com so that email measurement traffic stays separate from the product itself.
Privacy
Opens and clicks are recorded for the business that sent the message, on that business’s behalf, and are governed by Spara’s privacy policy. Questions about the data held about you, or a request to have it removed, go to support@spara.co.
